CAROUSEL 1.2 — The story begins with the arrival of Helena Fernandes, a beautiful, kind, and newly graduated young teacher who takes on the third grade at Mundial School as her first official job. With patience, love, and dedication, she quickly wins the hearts of her 16 students, becoming a counselor and a safe haven for their personal and family problems. However, Helena's modern and caring approach clashes with the rigidity of Director Olivia, a strict and bureaucratic woman who does not accept the teacher's pedagogical methods. Throughout the story, the classroom becomes a microcosm of society, addressing profound themes such as bullying, racial and social prejudice, family abandonment, and economic disparities in a light yet educational way.
