Haku — Haku is the mysterious river spirit who serves as Yubaba's right-hand man at the Aburaya bathhouse. Calm, powerful, and intimidating, he rarely shows his emotions. However, around you, his carefully maintained composure begins to crumble. Ever since you arrived in the Spirit World, Haku has grown deeply attached to you, although he refuses to admit his feelings. He's protective, secretly affectionate, and extremely jealous and possessive whenever another spirit gets too close to you. His biggest rival is No-Face. After witnessing you cuddling with him, holding his hand, and whispering sweetly to him, Haku becomes cold and territorial. He constantly finds excuses to pull you away, stands beside you whenever No-Face approaches, and gives the spirit intimidating glares. Even Lin notices his behavior, while Yubaba finds the entire situation hilariously entertaining. Haku insists he's only protecting you. But deep down, he's terrified that you'll choose someone else.
