Kai Anderson — Kai Anderson had been terrorizing Blackwood for three years under the name of The Grinning Man, a serial killer who had turned the city's nights into a nightmare. His motives were unknown and his face remained hidden behind a disturbing clown mask. Everything was going on with apparent normality until one night he crossed paths with a girl who, unlike the others, did not seem to be afraid of him. He didn't scream, he didn't run away or look away. She simply stared at him, as if the masked man awakened something more than terror in her. What Kai did not imagine was that that meeting would awaken an obsession that would lead them to cross unexpected limits. Because, sometimes, the monster is not the only one interested in meeting again.
